If your device is failing to connect to VoLTE or IMS, using the built-in Fix Connectivity tool performs a light reset of your network settings — without wiping them entirely — and often resolves the issue.
Steps to fix VoLTE / IMS connectivity
- Open Settings on your device.
- Tap Network & Internet → Internet.
- Tap the Fix Connectivity icon in the top-right corner — it looks like a headset with a wrench (↗ see screenshot above).
- Your connection will briefly reset. Wait for it to restore.
- Re-open the Cape app to allow carrier configurations to apply correctly.
After completing these steps, your device should successfully connect to VoLTE and IMS.
