Please note that if you choose to use Wi-Fi calling, IMSI rotation must be disabled for the duration to prevent any disruption to your service. If IMSI rotation is currently active, please turn it off before enabling Wi-Fi calling.
Additionally, please be aware that Wi-Fi calling is not yet officially supported — while it is technically functional, we are actively working to improve the experience before making it a fully supported feature. Because of this, Wi-Fi calling is only available as an experimental feature on iPhone.
To enable Wi-Fi calling on your mobile device, follow the steps below. This feature allows you to make and receive calls over a Wi-Fi connection in areas with little or no cellular coverage.
iPhone (iOS)
The process for iPhone is standardized across most models running current software.
Open the Settings app.
Tap Cellular.
Note: If your iPhone has Dual SIM, select the specific line you wish to manage.
Tap Wi-Fi Calling.
Toggle the Wi-Fi Calling on This iPhone switch to the On position.
A "Wi-Fi" label will appear next to your carrier name in the Status Bar (Control Center) when the feature is active.
