Starting Your Cape Subscription on Cape.co
We've made starting your Cape subscription even easier! The subscription activation process remains the same, but we've updated how and where you make your first payment.
You can now start your subscription and check out directly on our website, Cape.co, using your mobile or desktop web browser.
Part 1: How to Subscribe
- Start Your Journey: On Cape.co, select the "Try Cape" option.
- Check Eligibility: You will first be taken to an eligibility step. You have the option to skip this step and proceed immediately.

Choose Your Number: Next, you will be prompted to choose how you want to set up your phone number:
- Select a new number.
- Port in your existing number.

Checkout & Payment: After making your selection, you will be directed to the secure checkout page.
- Submit your payment information.
- If you have a special offer, you can enter a discount code here.
- Activation: Once payment is successfully completed, you will immediately receive your access code along with simple instructions to activate your Cape service.

Part 2: How to Activate Your Service
Option 1: Activate via Activate Now Button
Upon successful installation of the Cape application, you can initiate service activation by selecting the "Activate Now" button on your order confirmation page (seen above at the end of check out). This action will launch the app, where you will be asked to input your access code.

Option 2: Activate via App
Alternatively, you can initiate activation directly within the Cape app. This requires you to have your QR code. You can locate this option by selecting the "Already Signed Up?" prompt from the home screen of the Cape App.
