Web Checkout Guide
New users can now start their subscription by checking out directly from Cape.co.
There are no changes to the activation process outside of your Cape subscription; the only difference is where your payment occurs.
Step-by-Step Sign Up

Visit the Website: When you visit the website, you are presented with the Cape home page. Select "Sign up now" to begin.

Check Eligibility: Once you initiate the sign-up option, you will be presented with a page asking which carrier you are switching from. If this is not applicable, you can skip ahead.

Choose Your Number: You will then be presented with the option to select a new number or port in an existing number.
Option A: Choose a New Number
If you select "Choose a new number", you can choose your preferred area code.
Option B: Port In Existing Number
Alternatively, you can choose to port in an existing number. You will be prompted to enter it to determine eligibility.
You can choose to have your activation instructions emailed directly to you. Simply provide an email address on the checkout screen; this address is used solely to deliver your Activation Kit and is not retained on Cape’s servers after the email is sent. -
Checkout: You can then proceed to checkout. If you have a discount code available, enter it here.

Activation Kit: After payment, you will receive an Activation Kit. This ensures you can activate your service even if you navigate away from the order confirmation page. Once downloaded, the PDF file will be saved to your device's 'Downloads' folder by default.

Confirmation & Onboarding: Once the payment is processed, you will be provided with a QR code and access code that will initiate the onboarding process within the Cape app.
Once the QR code is scanned and the access code is entered on your mobile device, the Cape app will provide you with your recovery phrase, and you can proceed to download your new eSIM.
