If your Android device is showing an "R" next to your signal bars like in the screenshot above, you might need to enable Roaming in your eSIM settings.
How to enable roaming in your eSIM settings

On your device, go to Settings → Network & Internet → SIM.

Select your "Cape" SIM.

Ensure the switch next to Roaming is toggled on.
Roaming is included in your Cape plan. You will not incur extra charge to your monthly bill when you roam.
