If your device isn’t connecting to the Cape network properly, it may be due to incorrect APN (Access Point Name) settings.

Follow the steps below to ensure your APN is correctly set to Cape on your device.

For Android Devices

Note: Samsung devices will require you to manually add APN settings every time the device is restarted.

Access APN Settings

• Go to Settings → Network & Internet → SIMs → Cape → Access Point Names.
• Select “Cape Internet” from the APN list.

Add an APN Manually

If “Cape Internet” is not listed, you’ll need to add it manually.

• Go to Settings → Network & Internet → SIMs → Cape → Access Point Names or Search for "Access Point Names" in your device settings
• Tap the + button to create a new APN and input the following settings exactly as shown
• Note: Your device may say "Access Point Name settings are not available for this user". This should not prevent you from adding the settings. 

Inputs are case-sensitive! Any fields not listed can be left blank or do not need to be modified.

• After entering the correct information, tap the 3 dots in the top-right corner and select Save.
• Restart your phone to apply the new settings.
  • If on Samsung: Toggle Airplane Mode, do not restart or else the settings will be deleted.

For iPhone Devices

Access APN Settings

• Go to Settings → Cellular → Select your Cape eSIM → Cellular Data Network

Enter the APN Settings

• Input the following settings exactly as shown. 

Inputs are case-sensitive! Any fields not listed can be left blank or do not need to be modified.

• Tap the back arrow and then restart your phone to apply the new settings.
