If your payment fails or you forget to renew, here's what you need to know:
PLEASE NOTE: Due to current technical limitations, your account will be permanently deactivated after 2 days of missed payment. We are actively working on adding the ability to reactivate suspended accounts.
If you miss your latest bill payment, your service will be temporarily suspended after 2 days of non-payment. Your account will be deactivated if your bill remains overdue for 60 days. If you settle your bill or set up Autopay, your account service will resume normally.
If you wish to cancel your service and port out your number to another carrier, you may do so any time in your Account page
