When managing monthly bills, it can be easy to forget when your account is due for renewal. Recurring payments simplifies this by automatically renewing your Cape wireless plan, ensuring uninterrupted service and preventing missed renewal dates.
Setting up your Subscription
During Purchase and Activation
When purchasing your Cape plan through our app, your subscription is enabled for recurring payments by default after checking out. Your plan will renew automatically as a subscription using the same card you used for the initial purchase.

If recurring payments are enabled, does Cape store payment information?
No, Cape does not store any payment information. All payments to Cape are processed by Stripe, a leading global payment services provider that complies fully with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) at Level 1 standards, the highest in the industry.
For recurring monthly payments, Stripe securely stores your payment details using a tokenization system. Each month, Cape sends a payment request to Stripe using this token, ensuring your payment information remains protected.
