If your payment fails or you forget to renew, here's what you need to know:
- If you miss your latest bill payment, your service will be temporarily suspended after 2 days of non-payment.
- Your account will be deactivated if your bill remains overdue for 60 days.
- After a missed payment, the system will attempt to charge again every 24 hours for 3 days, after the third unsuccessful attempt your services will be suspended.
- If you wish to cancel your service and port out your number to another carrier, you may do so any time in your manage subscription/my profile and follow the on screen prompts for cancelling/porting out.
