- To request your data, please contact us via live chat in the Cape app or on our Help Center, by emailing info@cape.co, or by calling +1 (888) 241-CAPE. Our privacy policy also addresses how we handle privacy-related concerns.
- Confirm the email address you'd like your report sent to (it can be an address created solely for this request).
- We'll process your request and send your report securely once it's ready.
How long it takes
We aim to complete all requests within 45 days of receiving them.

Your data report is delivered securely via 1Password to protect your information.
