Live Chat Support
We encourage the use of live chat for account-related questions. This allows us to assist you anonymously, without linking it to any personally identifiable information like your name or email, ensuring your privacy is protected.
- If you have downloaded the Cape app, you should use the "Chat with Us" option in the Support tab of the app.
- If you are on the web, Live Chat Support becomes available in the bottom-right corner of our Help Center after clicking 'Accept All' cookies in the bottom-left.
- The 'Reject All' option will disable Chat Support.
